Vitae, a leading New Zealand-based provider of workplace wellbeing and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services, was facing significant challenges with its existing mobile app. The app, intended to support employees' mental health and overall wellness, no longer represented the customer experience that Vitae wanted to provide.
